Colonoscopy..???

You're in luck. I can tell you all about it because I've had it done when I was 16. The day before you get it done you aren't allowed to eat anything, except jello or soup broth and you cant drink any liquids unless they're clear. You have to drink this stuff that is very salty and very gross and it may make you sick because it made me sick. You also have to take laxatives. You'll be in the bathroom all night and into the next morning with diarrhea. The day of the colonoscopy really isn't that bad. The night before is actually worse. I was put under for mine, I'm not sure what your dr. will do though. You'll have to get an iv and take off all of your clothes and put on a hospital gown. The nurses will make you comfortable until it's your turn. All I remember was being wheeled down a hall and everything got blurry. A little while later I woke up in a chair kind of thing next to my mom. I was kind of out of it at the time. After everything was all said and done the only thing that was bothersome was my stomach. It felt like I had a ton of trapped gas. During a colonoscopy they pump air into your colon which makes you feel bloated and crampy afterwards. This may sound a little gross but you'll probably p a lot of gas afterwards. As soon as I got home from the procedure I quickly went to sleep and when I woke up I was fine. You really have nothing to worry about, it's a pretty easy, fast procedure. I hope I've been helpful. Good luck!!

Our LLC is based in Wyoming and has no sales tax. This is where I get a little confused though. I know for craft fairs, depending on the state, we can get a temporary license to collect tax on our goods. If our LLC is based in WY, and we're shipping primarily from OH, do we need to have a license in OH? We're a little hesitant to do it only b/c we'd be shipping goods from someone's home vs a business location. And how do we tackle services when we start doing work directly with customers? It just may be that the junk you had in there has traveled to your faucets. Turn the water off and let pressure off by opening valve. Take the knob off and see what you find in there. It may have all kinds of junk in there. If there is still stuff in there you may need to turn the water on just a hair to push it out. It will come out where the knob was. If this does not work you can try blowing the lines out. If you go to a different size pipe the bigger you go the less water pressure you will have and the smaller the more you will get. the size you are talking about wont really make that much difference.

Transpose Clarinet in A?

So, I am playing Fidelio Overture, Op. 72 by Beethoven, and I have to transpose it. I don't really know how to transpose for sure so I have some ideas, but I really need some fast help (last rehearsal is in like an hour)... So, it is written in A for the Clarinet for some reason. They told me that the flute music which has a concert E Major. I tried transposing everything into E major, which is down a third and has two sharp notes, but a lot of notes conflict. Help with a very whiny cat?

I'm honestly starting to think my cat is psychotic. She's a fixed, healthy (formerly) female cat who never stops whining. I pet her, but she whines when I pet her! She doesn't have any other behavioral problems that I know of. She's declawed and doesn't make scratching motions and I haven't seen her pee anywhere but her litter box. I knew her mother, and she wasn't like this. I did what I believed was right for her and waited for the mother to wean her, then gave away her sister and mother when they were around six months old. If it makes any difference, this was her mother's second litter, but because at the time, the mother was owned by a friend, I can't tell you what the psychological profile is of her previous kits. We also lived in an area with very few cats in the gene pool.(It was rumored that there were only five cats in the gene pool starting off.) She wasn't breathing when she was first born, but I maged her and she survived. Her sister was also whiny, and we think her brother might be retarded. She's two years old, so I wouldn't think that she'd start having problems yet. We don't know who her father is, so I can't tell you anything about him psychologically. Her mother was an alley cat, so presumably her father was, too. Please, I'm at my wit's end here! Since she's been able to, she's never stopped meowing. She doesn't even purr or hiss when she's attacked by my other cat, she just meows! I don't have enough money to take her to a cat psychiatrist, and I think I'm about to go crazy!

Why my mold is not going away?

I live in Tampa, FL and I can see many constellations. Tampa lies in latitude 27. When I face north, it appears that there is only one cirpolar constellation, Ursa Minor, and that is good! I want to see many constellations! I feel sorry for the people north of 50 degrees where they can even see Capella, Vega, and Deneb yearly! Here those don't even reach the zenith! Of course Ciopeia and all those other northern cirpolar constellations are visible. Back to my question, here I can see ALL the zodiacal constellations. But because I live in the city, all these tall buildings, it is hard to see southern constellations which are extremely gorgeous! The most southern constellation visible would be Carina. It contains the second brightest star in the sky, Canopus. Centaurus is there too. But does its' brightest stars peak above Tampa's southern horizon? Alpha and Beta Centauri are fairly bright and close together. Just west of them is Crux, the cross. Are any of it's stars or Centaurus' southern stars visible? Will I have to go to a rural area or down to Miami to see them?

Australia is a very artistic film that American audiences are not used to at all so I think a lot of people had difficulties watching that one, although it really isn't a bad movie. Less than a year of credit history, $13,600.00 annual income, no possible cosigner and I need a small loan.?

Ok. so i have been turned down from EVERYONE trying to make this work. I'm trying to get a loan of aprx $6,000.00 I make a little over $1,100.00 a month (working 16hrs a week). I have 7months of credit and my FICA is in the mid to lower 600's. I have been denied from all of the lenders I've contacted either because of my lack of credit history, my annual income, or the hours I work (its usually one or the other). I'm techincally still living with my parents so I can put at least $350 a month towards a loan wich makes interest next to irravelent since im not taking out that much money, but a co-signer is completely out of the question, which has been my biggest set back. so is there ANYTHING i can do? does anyone know of any small time lenders or anything that work with people in my situation? any input is greatly appreciated. thanks.

In this day and age we have the ability to get news tailored to any particular slant we hold. In the original days of the Fairness Doctrine choice was very limited and therefore protection of what airways did exist was extremely important. This same scenario does not exist anymore and no one entity could hope to control all media. However, if any one group was able to accomplish this I would expect another statute to protect the people. That would be antitrust laws. You can spin this however you like, but those desiring new application of the Fairness Doctrine have one goal in mind. This is to attempt to silence voices they do not agree with, not to balance content. I will never support this idea regardless of how it is presented. We do not need it and dark applications available under it far outweigh any perceived benefits in modern society.

Ethanol and alternative fuels....?

I just would like to get everyone's take on this and let you know how production of Ethanol has affected my life directly. I am a beef producer and the cost to feed my cattle this winter will more than double. Food prices are through the roof. While it would be great to invest in alternative fuels I have come to the conclusion that they are too expensive to produce and the result will be higher fuel prices over the next 50 years that it takes to produce them. I feel like our entire economic structure will have to be torn down and we will move next to poverty through the implementation of these. I do not neccarily believe in man made global warming but I still believe in protecting the environment (not radically I still have to eat and work and survive) but I feel like these are the wrong direction for man kind. A friend of mine (40 year old male)?

a friend of mine (40 year old male) had his apendix removed about 2001 and it was a very large incision..prob 8 inches across.now when he is working and lifting he has bulges on both sides of the incision and sometimes its painfull and always uncomfortable...this never goes completely away but it bulges more some days when he is bending and lifting a lot..it also seems to bulge more on the bottom of the incision...i was told it was a hernia by one person and another said it is just fat deposites around the scar...can you tell me anything about this??

Did I overreact when I told my fiance we wont be getting married?

History: lies, cheating, betrayal, broken promises on his side; forgiveness, patience, tears, faith, support from me. I have major trust issues with my fiance because of his track record. your period goes through different cycles where it causes different things (I went through 3 periods immediately followed by yeast infections---that was not a fun phase!). Since the cramps push on your abdominal cavity, it's not uncommon to have upset bowels with it. If you aren't on the pill you should ask your doctor about it. It can help ease the cramping and the sick feelings... i used to be like that with my periods before i went on the pill--I actually fainted twice mine used to be so bad!

My friend first had a MRI because he hurt his back.The MRI showed he had "disc degereration and posterial marginal osteophyte disc bulge and spinal c stenoses". He was going to a pain management Dr. but got no relief from the pain, only stayed doped up. We changed Drs, but he has not recieved this report nor saw the MRI. MY firend then had the CT and and showed a growth on his lung. Then the biopsy. They are now scheduleing a PET. I know that biospies can show false positive as well as a CT but what about the PET? Are there any "true" tests? He had none of the signs of lung cancer except weight loss...no coughing, no blood, no pain except his back.
