Can anyone tell me where the neutral switch is located on a 1998 plymouth voyager and how hard to reach??

The reverse lights do not work, might be the neutral switch, but I have'nt a clue where it is or how hard it would be to change.. I'm uming it is some sort of plug in switch.. Can anyone help me?? Thanx , Pippo
