Birthday ideas for Grandma from baby granddaughter?

My mom's birthday is next week and I wanted to get her something special. My daughter is 8 and a half months old. I've already given her a couple frames for past gifts with my daughter's picture in it, so anything other than that. My mom loves the outdoors and gardening. Does anyone have any ideas?
