Medical question please help!?

i was on the toilet and wondered how far the brush could go up my bown eye. so i tried and now it's stuck.. all i see is brissles coming out of it and it is painfull to sit on. Does anyone know if any house hold items would help get it out because i'm embarrased to go to the doctors.
