Why my mold is not going away?

Renting in this really old house and with poor ventilation all the cabinet inside our bathroom are growing with mold. And yes, I already used bleach but still the same. In my opinion I think it's this old wood that needs changing but with my landlord its impossible. I called city code inspection and they said that state doesn't deal with mold problem. I just want to void my lease agreement, especially that my 9 month old is always congested. But I don't wanna go through legal consequence afterward so what is the legal way to void our lease agreement or at least let my landlord do something about the mold.
