We are going to have a debate about legalizing divorce in the Philippines and Im on the affirmative side.?

First and the very obvious thing is that it is more efficient process than the annulment of marriage both in time and resources. secondly it would dissolve the inequality of law due to religion since in most cases Muslims are the only one allowed in the process of divorce rather than the Christians as in the case of the Philippines. Lastly and the most important one, is the psychological effect to those who have given their freedom from the unsuccessful marriage which in the long run, would bear alot of positive results. Bye the way im just a student and everything was based on my knowledge and personal opinion. thanks
