Does he like me??? Girls and guys answer plz!!?

Ok, I don't know if he likes me or not. I am going to use his first letter of his name, which is K. So, the other day we were accused of playing footsie, (we weren't, we were sitting at a folding table at school and he shoved my feet off the bar and i kicked him b/c he was being annoying.) and while i was profusely denying it he was laughing at me. The next day, we were accused of being boyfriend/girlfriend. and, again while i was profusely denying it he (and my friends) were laughing and staring at me. Then, i was told i should ask him to sadie hawkins dance b/c "we look cute together". He is always sitting next to me and always either has his arm touching mine or his leg slightly touching my leg. He tickles me, and annoys the crap out of me. I just don't know if he likes me b/c i heard rumors that he likes my friend L, but he hardly ever talks or teases or tickles her. I don't know if that is b/c he is to shy about liking someone, or if he started that rumor so i wouldn't suspect, or ETC. Help! Oh, and he always has me hold his stuff so he can run down the hall and talk to someone. then, like, 3 minutes later, he comes running back and takes his stuff so he can run to his next cl. Does he like me or my friend? I don't like him that way, though. Actually, i don't know if i do or not. I am confused. Please help!
