Ideas for an adult "prom" themed party on St. Patty's Day?

Set up sod huts in the middle of a peat bog. The only food served will be potatoes, except that it's the famine, so we don't have any. Divide up into two sides: "Protestants" and "Catholics", hand out whiskey and firearms, then each side tries to murder the other. Afterwards, write a ballad immortalizing the event.
