True love,dating, and what to do?

I have been reading lots of Christian dating books lately and I'm really confused. I have a better understanding of what God says that love is, but now I know that I can not live up to those expectations fully. So, how can I ever tell a girl that I love her with good concience when I can never be whatlove is. I feel like I cant have a relationship or date for that matter because I'm not old enough to get married and the relationship won't go anywhere except heartache. But I cant help the way I feel about this one girl. I'm lost!
