Revelation's beast that ascends out of the abyss is...Do you agree or disagree?

The beast that went into the abyss is the original "League of Nations" which didn't last long and eventually went away into nothing. It was later resurrected (or brought out of the abyss) decades later when its remnants were changed into the new (and still functioning) "United Nations".
